Extra Machining: Custom Widths, Tapered Rib Widths, Custom fitting like shown below $40.00 each
Our standard rib widths include 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". If you need a different width, that would be considered a custom width. Extra machining can be done during the construction of your rib. This includes things like tapered widths and custom fitting the back pitch as shown in the above photo
All our post are made vertically
When building our rib posts, we strictly use a vertical configuration. Despite this limitation, we work hard to create rib posts that enhance the look of the original ribs designs. We're glad that our customers are most pleased by how good the new rib's look.
We can add pitch to aid in Point of impact changes
We can make ribs starting as low as 1/8". With different pitches if needed to aid in point of impact changes. The rib above was designed to aid in lowering the point of impact.
We do not remove any ribs or any type of adhesive's
- WE DO NOT REMOVE ADHESIVE THAT YOU USED TO HOLD YOUR PROTOTYPE RIBS ON WITH no two sided tape, silicone, or any other type of adhesive. Please remove all the adhesive before shipping to us.

Customer did not like all the dead space under his rib.
We made a rib to go underneath his rib taking up most of the dead space. ( rib showing before it was powder coated )
New bottom rib took almost all the gap between his rib and barrel Looks great, customer really liked it.
